Palladium Insurance Solidifies Leadership Team to Prepare for New Growth

Palladium Insurance is pleased to announce that we have made changes to our leadership team to prepare for an exciting phase of future growth. We have secured private equity to power new acquisitions.

Ownership of Palladium will remain proudly independent and local.

Sylvie Forget Swim and Tim Snelling remain as partners and founders. Sylvie is now the principal broker and CEO of Palladium Insurance. Tim assumes the role as VP of business development.

Greg Strahl remains with the firm as a senior commercial account executive. Monique Oliver and Cory Villeneuve have retired, and we wish them continued success in their new adventures.

We are also excited to announce the appointment of Johnny Chow as CFO. Our own Lee-Anne Malouin will assume the title of CTO to better reflect the scope of her responsibilities.

Tim Snelling commented, “We have enjoyed tremendous success growing the Palladium Insurance footprint. Our new capital will enable us to make significant acquisitions in the Ontario marketplace.”
