MedAssure and DentAssure clients have been approved for pandemic claims.

Ottawa, March 31, 2020 — Ottawa’s own, Palladium Insurance announced that pandemic claims for MedAssure and DentAssure clients will be paid. The team has been working with the program underwriter to have its pandemic outbreak endorsement respond to claims since COVID19 closed down much of Canada’s business sector.

On March 24, 2020, all non-essential services in Ontario and Quebec were ordered to shut down.  Health care professionals providing emergency care, including dentists, were considered essential services. Palladium clients under the MedAssure and DentAssure program will now benefit from up to $2,500 per day, up to $40,000 paid to cover lost revenue.
