Sylvie joined Bourgeois Côté Forget in 2005, as a partner alongside her father who was one of the founding partners. In 2012, Bourgeois Côté Forget merged with Palladium Insurance to form a progressive local insurance brokerage with offices in both Orleans and Kanata.
Our focus is to offer niche products in a client centric atmosphere in order to service all of their insurance needs. We have a team of specialists within personal lines, commercial lines, life and living benefits, group benefits and estate planning.
Sylvie was a teacher prior to joining the brokerage and brings with her extensive experience in education. Insurance is very much about education! She continues to teach today; teaching RIBO, CAIB and the Unrestricted Licence courses for both the IBAO and the Insurance Institute of Canada.
Sylvie specialises in working with dental and medical professionals and self-employed individuals, to ensure a proper understanding of both their commercial and personal insurance needs.
Born and raised in Ottawa, Sylvie is an avid runner and volunteer for Walk This Way, an exercise program for at-risk kids. She has two children; Sarah and Stephen, whom she loves to remain active with doing as many sports as possible.
