President’s message
It’s an understatement to say that insurance is a people business. Service is key. It’s the core component of our industry.
Still we find that too many clients are under-serviced by their current insurance providers. They’ve had it with talking to machines during business hours. They’re sick of dealing with call centres that fail to provide the appropriate level of human contact or just some empathy. They want to do business with human beings. That’s why they end up talking to us.
Don’t get me wrong—we’re not against technology or progress. In fact, we’ve created this website using some of the most leading edge communications technologies available, to make getting information and quotes easy and convenient for you. But that’s where the technology ends, and we—the real human beings—take over. With account managers that can make house or office calls at a time that’s convenient for you. Or the fact that you’ll find staff who can answer your questions when you call the office. No waiting for a call back, no trying to fit into someone else’s schedule. We haven’t forgotten where the client fits into our business—or that servicing your needs is what we do.
We also haven’t forgotten that you get what you give. Which is why we’ll continue to be a contributing presence in the communities of this city, supporting the organizations that make us all stronger and make this region one of the most viable and livable in all of Canada.
We hope you’ll see how our combination of leading edge business technology and a proven commitment to one-on-one personal service can make a real difference in how you experience purchasing insurance. And we also hope that by demonstrating that we work for you—and not any particular insurance provider, you’ll see that this kind of choice means freedom, competitive pricing and real peace of mind. All delivered to you by people who haven’t forgotten what “service” means.
